What happens if my order arrives damaged?
All packages are tracked and the client will have 3 days to return unworn/unused items with tags and original packaging. An email must be sent to request return information. Client is responsible for return shipping costs. All packages must be postmarked with 3 days of customer delivery. If an exchange is possible, then clients will be refunded shipping costs and new pieces will be shipped at no extra cost. 
What if I don't like my order?

All sales are final. Contact customer service via email if there are any questions before purchase to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with your choices and selections. 

Are the pieces hypoallergenic?

Not all pieces are hypoallergenic, however we take pride in retailing the best quality in fashion jewelry.

Are all sales final?

There are some exceptions. All packages are tracked; you will have 3 days to return unworn/unused items with tags and original packaging.
